Payment Policy

We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, or cashiers check. Money Gram is also accepted. Please allow 12-20 days for delivery after the payment is processed. If paying via pay pal you need to contact me @ eastbaydre@gmail.com for my pay pal link. All payments via pp must be sent as a "personal payment" or they hold the payment for 2 weeks, which holds up your order.

Shipping Policy

There will be a shipping charge added to your total. Shipping is by courier and cost depends on the size and weight of item purchased. All packaging content is required for a safe delivery. *We are not responsible for damaged items.

Refund & Exchange Policy

We do not do refunds or exchanges.

Other Policies

Be aware, when paying thru Pay Pal you must make sure to send any payments as a "personal gift" or Pay Pal holds your payment for up to two weeks and that further delays your order from delivery. Y Your country may charge extra taxes on your order. Any additional taxes are your responsibility.
