Custom orders require full payment upfront.

Shipping Policy

We automatically ship first class with insurance or priority mail. if you prefer your order to be shipped first class without insurance we are happy to accommodate you request however keep in mind that after we have shipped you order we are not responsible for any damages, theft or loss.

Refund & Exchange Policy

We accept returns of new and unused ( in original packaging) standard stock items within 3 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping. Once the return has been received you are able to choose your exchange item or be refunded your total minus shipping and a restock fee. If a return is received in used or damaged condition your refund will reflect the damage( not to exceed the retail value of the item). Custom orders can not be returned or exchanged.

Other Policies

We will process any cancellations with in 4 hours of purchase, after 4 hours you order may have all ready started production and you may be subject to a partial refund on standard stock items.
