Refund & Exchange Policy
If you received the wrong shirt or the shirt we sent you is believed to be defective, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and specifics on what we messed up, and we will take care of it for you. This is done at no cost to you, since it is our mistake! Typically we will send you a replacement shirt, and reimburse your shipping charges after you have sent the defective / incorrect shirt back to us. We will accept returns for exchange only within 7 days of delivery date. Sorry, no refunds as our items are custom screen printed to order. PLEASE order according to our size chart posted In each of our listings, otherwise If you need to send a shirt back for an exchange you the buyer are completely liable for the new shipping fees to send the new shirt back to you. However, If you ensure you pick the right sizing before you purchase, all should be good. If you have any problem with your order, we will definitely do what I can to help straighten things out. *Sorry but we cannot exchange and or refund any custom personalized items or bulk orders of 4 or more of one design.
