First off, welcome to my shop. I add items regularly, so be sure to check back often. All of my items are made in a smoke-free, cat-friendly environment. Please contact me with any questions. Custom orders are always welcome.
No custom work will be done until full payment is received.
Items will be shipped within 7 business days of purchase, USPS First Class mail, unless otherwise noted in the individual listing. Custom orders may take longer than 7 business days. Remember that business days do not include weekends or holidays. If you need something in a rush, contact me BEFORE purchasing, and I can often make it happen for you. Please do not purchase and leave me a note at checkout saying your item needs to be mailed immediately, as this is not always possible. I do not guarantee shipping times for the USPS. I would love to have that kind of power and influence, but the United States Postal Service is not under my control. I am not responsible for customs fees. I have no control over those either unfortunately. It is the responsibility of the buyer to be aware of the custom fees charged in his or her area. I am not responsible for items lost during shipping. Once I have sent tracking information, it is the responsibility of the customer to handle any issues that occur with lost packages (calling local post office, etc.). Fortunately, this is very seldom an issue (go USPS!). If a package is returned due to not being picked up by customer or due to the incorrect address being provided by customer, customer is responsible for paying to have item reshipped. I do not offer gift wrapping.
Refund & Exchange Policy
Any item that arrives damaged will be replaced or repaired. A photo of the damaged item may be requested so I can avoid similar incidents in the future. I will refund any shipping charges (First Class mail) incurred when sending an item back to me for repair. If an item is sold out and unable to be replaced, a refund will be issued. Luckily, this has almost never been an issue. If item is unsatisfactory, please convo me within 5 days of receiving your purchase. I always do my best to make sure customers are satisfied. I do not accept returns. I reserve the right to refuse service if necessary.
