Welcome to Custom Crochet! Joy is what I get when I crochet an article just for you, the way you want it and in your color of choice! Payment Policy

My acceptable payment method is PayPal in US Dollars. PayPal can be used even if you don't have an account.. Choose PayPal option, click "Pay Now" after submitting the order, then choose "I don't have a PayPal account" option and pay with your credit card. That simple!! PayPal will ask you to sign up, but it isn't necessary to complete the transaction. Payment is due at the time of the order, please contact me to cancel an order.

Shipping Policy

My preferred shipping method is USPS First Class with tracking and without insurance unless otherwise requested. Listings marked "Ready to Ship" are usually shipped within 24 - 48 hours of payment. Customized items vary as to the complexity of the request. I will give an estimated production time at the time of order. Other shipping services such as insurance, International, Priority or Express shipping may be accommodated upon request. Please message before ordering and I will create a special listing for you for the upgrade. Due to post office irregularities, I cannot guarantee an exact delivery date but I will accommodate a ship by date request to allow ample time to receive your item for your special occasion. Customs and/or duty fees are the buyers responsibility.

Refund & Exchange Policy

I work very closely with my customers to assure that the item received is as expected, BUT if for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact me before returning. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery and with prior notification and and confirmation by me before returning. The Item must be returned in the same condition (unused) as it was sent to the recipient. All shipping costs are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. I am unable to refund for items lost in transit. If your order is not received, please contact me for resolution. If a lost item refund is a concern, I will be happy to add USPS insurance upgrade to the listing at your request before I receive your payment. Please message me to determine the additional amount you will be paying.

Other Policies

Custom orders are welcome. If you see an item elsewhere, please send me a picture and I will do my best to create it for you! I am also willing to order specialty yarn for yarn preferences, but please be prepared for a longer production time and delivery time. Colors may vary due to screen differences.
