Introduction

Each creation has the option for you to choose for your personalized item to look exactly like the picture, to only change the border colors, or to customize everything. If you want a custom phrase or word just message me and I will happily accommodate!

Payment Policy

Payment must be processed prior to starting custom order.

Shipping Policy

I offer free domestic shipping. If you would like an upgrade you are welcome to add that on as well.

Refund & Exchange Policy

If you cancel an order I will happily refund you as soon as possible if I have not started. If I have invested time and work into it and/or completed the item - then you still still be charged up to 50%. If item is damaged upon arrival, you are entitled to a refund or replacement.

Other Policies

Everything is hand made for you! This means it may take 1-2 weeks to get to you.
