This is a listing for a pair of freeform crochet boot cuffs, bootsox, boot toppers for women/teen girls.
Made with excellent quality yarns, these are great for a little color , as well as extra warmth, peeking out of your boots.
Designed in a ribbed stitch so they will fit most women but please double check the measurements below to make sure that they will fit to your liking.
Wear them around your knees with tall boots like Uggs or around the ankles with lower cut boots. (I have a pair of low cut Harley biker boots that I pretty much live in and wear mine around the ankles)
The cuff itself is crocheted with triple strands of vibrant turquoise wool yarn and the embellishments on top are freeform crocheted from a variety of funky, multicolored yarns.
Two chunky orange buttons are added, just for fun.
With freeform crochet, I never follow patterns...
I begin with an idea that's it's my head and go from there...
I add the yarns as I go and allow the palette to emerge.
Basically, I get to paint with yarn. It's fun!
