Creations by grace~'s Policies
Introduction
Order should be placed minimum 1 week in advance. Once project has been started I cannot make any guaranteed changes.
Payment Policy
Require 50% of item fee in order to start item. Once items is completed I need to collect remainder balance in order to ship item.
Shipping Policy
Shipping cost will vary depending on destination and will be shipped via UPS or USPS.
Refund & Exchange Policy
Sales are final and non-refundable
Other Policies
Item will not be started until 50% of item fee has been received.
