Crafty Witch's Corner's Policies
*All Sales are final! When making a purchase please be sure to read the description. The description will inform you of the size, shape, and any other details that you need to know about the item. Please make sure that the item you are purchasing is the item that you want! These purchases are nonrefundable since most of my items are custom created. *In order to keep your One Of A Kind Decoration beautiful I advise hanging in a covered area so as not to ruin your decoration. Even though take the time to insure that my items are weatherproof please keep in mind that there may be materials on your decoration that are not. *Please note that upon arrival of this wreath, it will require a small amount of fluffing and reshaping of the ribbons.
Payment is to made before items are shipped. If payment is not made your order will NOT ship. This rule also applies to custom orders. All custom orders will need to be paid for BEFORE the order is filled. You will be sent reminders for payment. If payment is not received within 3 business days including Saturday your order will be canceled.
*Please note that upon arrival you may need to "fluff" your wreath in order to get it back to the way it was originally. Directions on how to fluff your wreath are included in every shipment. *I typically ship within 1 business day with the exception of Sunday since our post offices are closed on Sundays. If you purchase your wreath on a Saturday it will be shipped to you the following Monday. *Each shipment is packaged with love and care to insure that upon arrival you are ready to set up your decoration. Depending on the time of the year and/or season your item may be wrapped in plastic and bubble wrap. This is to minimize the possibility of damage to the item. I take all precautions to insure that your item arrives in perfect condition *If your package arrives and your item is damaged you will NOT be reimbursed 100% percent. Depending on the damage you will be reimbursed up to 50% of cost only because returns are NOT accepted. In order to file a claim with me please provide accurate info, pictures/video of the box BEFORE Opening, AFTER Opening, and DURING Opening. Failure to supply me these photos or video will result in you not being reimbursed your 50%.
