Introduction

My policies are subjected to change at any given time and I will post the date and details of what has been edited. I have the right to deny service as long as they don't conflict with federal and state (of Ohio) laws. I do not do rush orders or international orders. My prices are final.

Payment Policy

For custom made products, every thing has to be paid in full before I ship it out to you. I need at least half upfront to start making your commissions. I will be in touch throughout the process so be sure to check your messages for me needing any approvals or something happened while I was working on it. I like to involve everyone in the process to not only show that I'm working on but to change along the way if need be.

Shipping Policy

You are expected to pay shipping. Anything over $100.00 can be shipped for free to help with saving you money.

Refund & Exchange Policy

The price you pay upfront as well as shipping is nonrefundable. The other half is. Once you have it, you have about a week to return it. If you aren't happy with it after a week, please donate it to your local shelter or any other charity if it's a garment or a toy. Please, call them ahead of time to see if the item can be accepted.
