Welcome to Crafts Untold! Here you can find a variety of handcrafted items, ranging from decorative ceramics and pottery, to jewelry, to crocheted or knit objects. 4/2/2016: Currently there are only ceramic items available. Items are slowly being listed as I transition them from a previous site to Aftcra, so check back often to see new things! 4/30/2016: I am going to try accepting orders for Custom Amigurumi Crochet Dolls! Please read the item description carefully!
Credit cards, debit, and Paypal are accepted payment methods. Please make payment within 48 hours of purchase. Delay of payment will delay shipping of your purchase. If an order needs to be cancelled, please provide notice within 24 hours time. Please see shipping information.
Items are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail, or UPS, Monday through Friday. You will receive a tracking number when your item ships. Please allow up to 3 days for packaging and shipping. Shipping costs include cost of packing materials. Shipping Pottery : Pottery is HEAVY. And breakable. And thus expensive to ship. Due to USPS's new Fragile Item fee, I will be shipping Dinnerware via UPS, as it will be more affordable to you, the buyer. **Shipping costs are estimated based on the furthest shipping destination from my location. In the even that your shipping costs are significantly less than what you were charged, I will refund the difference, minus cost for shipping materials. The same will apply in the event that you purchase more than one item and the actual shipping cost is significantly less. I will always do my best to have your purchase out to you as quickly as possible, and to ship your ceramic items in the most economic way possible without compromising them.
Refund & Exchange Policy
If you would like to return or exchange an item, you may do so within 30 days of the purchase date. Refunds will be issued less shipping cost. You are responsible for shipping costs of exchanges of items. Returned and exchanged items must be returned in original shipping materials, including padding foams or bubble wraps. THERE ARE NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON CUSTOM MADE PIECES. I maintain open email communication during the planning and creation process and allow for many opportunities for clarifications/corrections of specifics. Cancellation of Custom Orders: Custom orders must be cancelled within 48 hours of placing the order via aftcra.com for a full refund. Orders cancelled after 48 hours will be refunded minus a 20% fee for my time spent communicating and planning your custom piece. Pottery Returns: As shipping costs are very expensive, and I do not wish to implement reshelving fees, all pottery (bowls, plates, dinnerware) sales are final. In the event that you receive a broken piece, please contact me via email. We can discuss replacement or refund on a case by case basis. Some items are unique and replacement may not be an option. To receive replacement or refund of a broken upon delivery item, it must be returned in its original packaging. Replacement items will not be shipped and refunds will not be issued until damaged item is returned. I require a tracking number for returned merchandise.
I do not take custom orders for ceramic items.
