-I am a very easy-going person and willing to communicate with you about your purchase at any point!
-Price includes shipping -Payment required in advance -Paypal and Venmo preferred. Please inquire regarding other payment methods.
-Every necklace is shipped in a padded envelope and wrapped with extra protection. Bigger orders are shipped via box with protection inside. -Shipped via standard USPS. Alternative shipping negotiable.
Refund & Exchange Policy
-Refunds granted within five days of arrival of product, for items broken during shipping (if the marble has broken). Please submit photo of all damaged goods. -Same policy for larger shipments. Damaged necklaces may be refunded or replaced free of charge.
