Cowgirl Relics's Policies
Payment for orders is accepted via PayPal. All custom orders require prompt payment.
All regular orders are shipped with in 3-5 business days, on average. Custom orders typically require 2 weeks for processing. Orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail with tracking, unless arrangements are made for expedited shipping prior to purchase (extra charges to be incurred). I do not refund shipping paid in the event of refund or exchange.
Refund & Exchange Policy
I work very hard to ensure complete customer satisfaction. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase from Cowgirl Relics or if you experience any problems with your items (damaged during shipping, etc.), please contact me to make arrangements for a return, exchange or repair. Please include a photo of any damage incurred during shipping with your contact email. All products must be returned in their original, unused, undamaged condition before any refund is issued and before exchanged item will be shipped.
Customizations are welcomed. Items listed are sold as described. If you need anything changed, re-sized, or customized, please request a custom order as the changes you want made may require additional cost or may not be available.
