The current lead time for a personalized design (where custom text is added) is 3-5 business days. Once you've purchased a personalized listing please be on the look out for a proof before I ship the item. All other custom designs will ship within 1-5 business days of purchase. If you would like me to send you a digital proof before shipping any custom print (to see if you like the color combination), please let me know at time of purchase and I will send one as soon as possible! SHIPPING POLICY: Prints up to 11"x14" will be carefully packaged in a clear sleeve and shipped flat in a strong mailer (12"x16' will be shipped in a tube) via USPS Parcel Post within 1-5 days of purchase (or after approval for personalized prints). Posters 16x20" and larger will be carefully packaged in a poly bag and shipped in a sturdy tube mailer via USPS within two weeks of purchase (or after approval for custom prints). Please allow up to a week transit time within the US, and up to 4 weeks for international. I can provide a tracking number in the US upon request. International buyers are responsible for any customs fees and taxes. If you'd like a rush order it will require a new updated listing with the new price adjustment. Please message me before you purchase the rush print. REFUND POLICY: Since each print is specifically made for you, I am unable to offer refunds. If there is a physical defect in the print I would be happy to replace it for you. Just email me a pic of the defect at I personally check each print before shipping to ensure that it is free of defects and accurate to the listing. I try to make my listings as thorough as possible with the print represented in multiple forms, but please still be aware of color variances between web and print and from monitor to monitor.
