I accept payments via Pay Pal only.

Shipping Policy

Products listed as ready will ship within 1-2 business days after payment is received. Shipping estimate for custom or made to order products is about 3-4 weeks. Please make sure your shipping address in your Paypal account is updated. I will be not responsible for charges of re-shipping, and I will not refund items that were delivered on a wrong address. All orders are shipped through USPS First Class with tracking, if you would like to upgrade your shipping in order to receive your package faster contact me, I will be glad to accommodate your preferences. I handle and pack all orders with the best of care to prevent damage during shipping, your order is securely shipped in a box or bubble envelope, but if happens something is damaged during shipment, please take pictures and let me know right away so we can discuss the best way to resolve the issue.

Refund & Exchange Policy

If happens you are not satisfied with your purchase once you received and would like to return it, please contact me so we can make arrangements. You can return your order on 14 days period after was delivered according your USPS tracking number. In order to receive a refund your order must be mailed back on its original packaging, please send your return with tracking. Shipping charges for mailing it back to me will be your responsibility. I will not refund your order if is lost or damaged during the shipping back, so I advise you to insure your return. You will receive your refund as soon I receive your package back and, I will refund the amount you paid for the returned items minus the shipping charges. Shipping charges are not refundable. Exclusive, custom and personalized creations are shipped only after having your approval, so they are not returnable.

Other Policies

My cold porcelain creations are hand sculpted by me with love, care and attention to detail in a pet friendly smoke free house. Cold Porcelain is a non-toxic, soft, smooth, pliable and incredible versatile air dry clay that air dries to a completely hard and durable finish. I made my own cold porcelain clay home from scratch with only non-toxic ingredients; for coloring the clay I use high quality professional oil paints; for the painting details I use acrylic and glitter paints, and in order to improve durability they are sealed twice with a polyurethane varnish. Usually cold Porcelain Creations are very durable, but as any handcrafted item they are delicate in nature and may break if you apply force or if they fall. Although cold porcelain clay is made with non toxic ingredients, it is not edible and should not be ingested, in case of ingestion get medical attention if any discomfort occurs. Cold porcelain creations should not be immersed, washed or rinsed with water or cleaned with any chemical cleaner, they can be easily dusted with a paintbrush or cleaned with a damp cloth. Cold Porcelain Creations are suitable for indoors displays only, their colors may fade overtime or if they are exposed to the sun. Important: Cold porcelain creations are not toys and are not intended to small children, please do not leave children unattended while handling or wearing products made with my creations, they contain small pieces and could pose a chocking hazard.
