To save trees and reduce production costs for me (which keeps prices as low as possible for you), I do not include a printed receipt with your purchase unless specifically asked.

Shipping Policy

Shipping will be via First Class Mail with delivery confirmation. I offer an upgrade to Priority shipping for $5; please contact me before completing your purchase to add this. All packages will be shipped out within one week of purchase. I ship once a week on Saturday mornings. Items purchased after 10am Saturday will go out the next week. PLEASE NOTE: I do not ship outside the continental US. I may ship to HI or AK depending on what is purchased.

Refund & Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with an item for some reason, let me know within 3 days after you received it. I will refund your money as soon as I receive the returned item. The returned item must not be used or have any signs of abuse; they must be returned in original condition. Return shipping cost will be paid by the buyer; I will refund the shipping once I receive the returned item. All sales on items marked "CLEARANCE" are as-is and final; I will not accept returns or give refunds for clearance items. A package is not considered "lost" until it has been missing for 22 days. If your item is lost by the post office, I will refund your purchase once the insurance claim has been filed. If the item is marked "delivered" on the tracking system, you will need to approach USPS about finding the package. Please double-check your mailing address when you make your purchase. Other Policies

Caring For Your Jewelry Bone is naturally porous, and sometimes I do not seal the bones with which I work. This means that they will keep a stain if something (coffee, tea, ink, paint) gets on them. Your jewelry is a unique work of art; it is not mass-produced. It may be more fragile than other jewelry that you have. Glass, unsealed bone, and various other materials used in the jewelry may break if dropped, grabbed, or knocked into something. Be gentle and cautions when wearing your creations. Please do not get your jewelry wet. Your jewelry may be especially attractive to pets and children. For the safety of your children, your pets, and your jewelry, please keep it out of reach of both.
