I created this pet feeder for my aunt who had issues with ants (harharhar) but she wanted something nice and nothing cheap and plastic like they sell in the stores. You put a bit of soapy water in the moat so the ants can't drink the water and it also prevents them from getting to the food. The gap on the feeding tray prevents your beloved pets from drinking the soapy water and also masks the functionality with an awesome design. The feeder is made of solid wood with a little bit of plywood at the base. It comes with a removable and washable stainless steel bowls and an aluminum moat tray. Sealed with a non-toxic finish to reduce water damage.
