Only progress the order after payment is cleared.

Shipping Policy

All item will be progress in production and handling within 1-3 business days. All jewelry will be ship in gift packaging in the padded envelope.

Refund & Exchange Policy

No return for custom orders. 14 days time frame for exchange store credit when the item still in brand new condition.
