Payment Policy

- Payment is due at the time of sale - Charmingly Expressive accepts Paypal - No check or money orders will be accepted - If you decide to not buy the item the buyer may cancel the order within 24 hours of the sale - If payment is not received within 3 days of the sale the order will be concerned canceled and the item will be relisted.

Shipping Policy

- I will ship items to the address listed through Aftcra, so please make sure that the address is correct. I want the Item to reach the buyer in a timely fashion. - All items will be shipped through USPS using padded envelopes or flat rate boxes (which ever is cheapest for the buyer) 1-3 days business days after the payment has been received. - A $50 insurance is included with the flat rate boxes. If you want additional insurance please contact me. - All items will be shipped with a tracking number. The tracking number will be sent to the buyer via email. - Expedited shipping will be offered at the buyers expense - Charmingly Expressive is not responsible for shipping delays once the item has entered the possession of USPS - Each item will be cleaned and polished before shipment - Each item will be shipped in a handmade pillow box (providing the item will fit, if not another decorative form of packaging will be used.) and tied with a jute string. International: All additional fees associated with international shipping will be added to the cost of shipping. Customs will not be marked as a gift, for that is illegal.

Refund & Exchange Policy

I want every buyer to love and enjoy the jewelry and craft items that I make. If you not satisfied with your purchase please contact me through email within 7 days of receiving you item. I will try my best to come up with a solution. If we are unable to come to an agreeable solution I will accept returns under the following conditions: - The item must not have been used or worn - The item must be returned in the original packaging - The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs - The refund will be issued after the item has been received by me. The refund will be issued in the same manner in which payment was received - The refund will be for the cost of the item minus the cost of shipping - All custom orders are not refundable
