Welcome to CHAiNGE the subject, original jewelry designs. It is my goal to provide you with a fun, unique shopping experience.

Payment Policy

Payment via PayPal. You may use your debit or credit card, but it must be used via the Paypal website.

Shipping Policy

I ship all items USPS. First Class and Priority 2 -3 day. The default it first class. All packaged are shipped with tracking and confirmation. Orders of $100 or more are automatically upgraded to US Priority 2-3 day with tracking, insurance and delivery confirmation. Your order will be shipped in 3-5 business days from the time you order. (shipped, not delivered). Custom orders requiring one of a kind details will take about 1 week to ship after the order is placed. Depending on the time intensive nature of your order, it could be longer. You will be notified prior to purchase the time it will take to create your customized order prior to shipping.

Refund & Exchange Policy

Refunds are accepted with the following time constraints; I must be notified within 3 days of receipt of item that you would like a refund. The return of the item should be initiated (mailed) within 5 days and I will need to be provided with a tracking number. All returns are at the buyers expense.
