Introduction
I am very concerned that my customers have a great shopping experience in my store. Please read my store policies prior to purchasing your items. Also feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns.
Payment Policy
I accept Pay Pal payments. Your items will ship out 2 to 5 days after your payment has cleared in my bank institution.
Shipping Policy
All orders ship out 3 to 5 business days after purchase. All orders are shipped through the United States Postal First Class Mail with tracking. Shipping transit time is about 3 to 14 business days for First Class Delivery. International shipping takes about 15 to 30 days. INTERNATIONAL: Any customs duties, taxes, fees, etc that are charged upon delivery are your responsibility and are not reflected in my shipping charges. All international orders are shipped via USPS first class international. Your package will be hand addressed and posted by me, please allow up to 30 days from shipping date to receive your order, customs will sometimes hang on to orders causing delays. As delivery confirmation is NOT available for first class international shipping. I only can provide the customs form number. I cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost or damaged in transit; insurance is available for an extra fee upon request and is recommended.
Refund & Exchange Policy
I am interested that my customers are completely happy and satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason your purchase did not meet your expectations, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your items. I will offer an exchange or a store credit for 30 days. If you fail to use your exchange or store credit within 30 days, I have a right to deny your request. Refund Policy: If you are completely dissatisfied with your item (s), due to the quality of my product, please let's discuss your reasons and I can offer a refund. You must contact me within seven (7) days of receiving your items. Refunds are only offered on items that are not used, are not tampered with and are in the same condition as when you received it. I have a right to deny a refund for any reason, if need be. Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging. A product that is returned in a way that cannot be resold as is will be assessed a 15% restocking fee. I ask that you please package all items in a tight sealed bubble wrap envelope and stamp or write FRAGILE on the envelope. Lost Package Policy: I cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost or damaged in transit; insurance is available for an extra fee upon request and is recommended. Mistake Policy: If I make a mistake on your order, please contact me right away or within 7 days of receiving your order. I will replace missing or incorrect items free of charge and ship them with the same shipping method you selected when you placed the order. If a replacement item is not available at the moment, I will custom make the item for you or offer a refund or credit voucher that you can apply to a future purchase.
