Payment Policy
Payments are accepted through Paypal. ~If you wish to have a custom order made for you, please note that I require payment in full on the order. (The order will then be made and shipped to you.) Processing time on custom orders will vary, depending on the order. ~Effective 6/1/2012: Michigan residents will be charged 6% sales tax on all purchases.
Shipping Policy
Painted Mason Jars Shipping Information: The painted mason jars are shipped through USPS. Most mason jars orders are shipped using priority shipping; however, larger orders may be shipped parcel post. (Painted mason jars will take 1 - 2 weeks before they are shipped.) **Please note, I will ship to the address that is linked to the Paypal or Aftcra account, used to pay for the purchase. **All packages come with tracking numbers! Lost Packages (packages that say "delivered" on tracking, but are not in your possession): If your package is "lost", please contact me and YOUR local post office. (Also, make sure to check with all family members and neighbors.) No refunds or new items will be granted, until we have exhausted every avenue to find the missing package. If we cannot find your missing package, you may have a refund for the cost of the missing items only. (There will be no refund for shipping charges.)
Refund & Exchange Policy
Painted Mason Jars: If there is any problem with your order of painted mason jars, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving the items. Returns of painted mason jars will need to be made within 5 days of receiving the order and you will receive a refund or an exchange. (Shipping charges to return the items are the buyer's responsibility.) **The painted mason jars need to be the same condition as when they left my shop, in order to receive a full refund. For custom orders, all sales are final; however, if the item(s) are damaged or broken, please send me a photo of the damage within 24 hours of receiving your package. Once proof of the damage has arrived, I will refund the cost of the order (the shipping costs will not be refunded) or make a replacement order, depending on the wishes of the customer. (If you wish to have a replacement order, the buyer will only be responsible for shipping costs and customs fees for International orders.)
Other Policies
Please feel free to contact me about a custom order! Not taking wholesale orders at this time. All items come from a NON-SMOKING household. (My home is pet friendly.)
