Hello and welcome! I'm Carolyn and my shop is a one woman operation. I do all the sewing, photography, marketing, packaging, shipping, etc. Please take a look around and let me know if you have any questions. All my children's items meet all applicable CPSC and/or ASTM safety standards.
Payment is expected prior to shipment of your purchase. This does include custom orders.
All products will be sent via USPS, most as First Class parcels. Weight is the determining factor between First Class and Priority. All orders have tracking numbers. If you'd like an item upgraded from First Class to Priority or Express, just let me know. I will let you know what the cost difference is. Items listed here can only be shipped to the United States. Please see my website if you are an international customer.
Refund & Exchange Policy
Please contact me before returning your purchase. Items may be returned if they are unwashed and unused, within 30 days of your purchase. The following items are NOT returnable: - Hats (for hygiene reasons) - Custom orders Your refund will be processed once the item is in hand, minus the cost of shipping. If, however, the item is being returned due to an error I made, shipping will be refunded.
If your item is a gift, I'd be more than happy to wrap it up for you and include a card. Just let me know what you'd like the note to say.
