Carly and Cass's Policies
We take pride and the utmost care in creating high quality, unique items for you. Everything is made by us from start to finish and we really do love and put our heart into making everything we sell. In addition to our handmade items we also re-purpose items by adding our own personal touch and design to them too.
We accept paypal or all major credit cards. Your order is safe with us! We use Square, Paypal and Etsy to accept your credit card payments. You can also call in orders and charge over phone too! Every phone order placed is taken personally by Carly or Cass using the Square Up App. No credit card information is stored at any time.
We know you're excited to get the amazing item(s) you ordered from us! We strive to get your order on it's way to you as quickly as possible. Most items are made to order and processing will begin once order is placed. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for order completion, plus shipping. We ship using USPS regular mail and USPS Priority Mail with lots of bubble wrap and love. You will receive a email with tracking number for your order once it is shipped. You will also get an email if there will be any delay in getting your order processed, such as for larger orders.
Refund & Exchange Policy
Unless your item arrives damaged, we do not offer returns since items are made exclusively for you once your order is placed. Every once in a while we may make a mistake...although it is rare, it can happen...we are human. Please let us know if that happens right away so we can fix it ASAP. We stand behind the high quality and craftmanship of our products and want you to love every item you order from us.
