WHAT I AM ABOUT: My philosophy is simple. I want to make a product that you, as the seller, will love. I want you to have confidence in knowing that I stand behind what I sell and will always be fair when handling unexpected problems, we all know they happen. If you buy something from me and it doesn't show up in the mail, you get a full refund, etc. It makes me really proud to receive wonderful feedback from happy customers, so that is always my main goal. I know that a women's bag is not her own. It needs to be able to hold your own things plus everyone else's things (polly pockets, hot wheel cars, sippy cups, goldfish crackers) you see where I am going with this. My bags are special because of the high quality of materials I use. All of my seams are always double stitched. My handles are quadruple stitched. My snaps are always reinforced. All of my seams are always finished so the inside or back of my products always looks as good as the outside or front. REFUNDS & EXCHANGES: Items may be returned as long as they are post marked withing 5 days of receipt of the item. It must be in the same condition which it was received (not used). The cost of shipping for the return of the item is to be incurred by the customer. I will refund your money via paypal once I have received the item.
