Our hand crafted pendants are made with an archival high quality image which is protected with a crystal clear glass dome that beautifully enhances the artwork. Due to the handmade nature of this items there may be slight differences please allow for slight variations,each pendant will be mail in a small organza gift bag perfect for gift giving. Pendants are water resistant but are not waterproof. Shipping: Pendants are made upon order and ship in 1 week after purchase using first class mail. Upgrade to priority mail please contact us and we will set up a custom listing. Caution: Contains small parts. Not suitable for small children. Multiple quantities and wholesale prices are available upon request.

We ship to the united states only at this time. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 3 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.

Refund & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is very important to us, and will gladly work with you to find a solution. We would like each customer to be completely happy with their purchase. Please contact us if there is any damage to your pendant in shipping or if you are unhappy with it in any way to arrange for a replacement or refund. Unfortunately, I cannot refund the cost of shipping if your purchase has already been shipped. We do our best to represent colors as they actually appear on the pendant, but monitors can differ greatly in their color presentation. If it's not what you were expecting, we are happy to arrange for a refund or exchange.
