General Shipping Information -- Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (1-3 day delivery) to ensure the our marshmallows arrive as fresh as possible and don't spend the weekend at the post office. Hot Summer Months -- Temperatures during hot summer months can be extreme and may cause marshmallows to change shape or even melt completely. We do our best to allow our marshmallows to "cure" for some time before packaging to reduce moisture, and to ship during the cooler part of the day so that the package is not sitting idle in a hot vehicle or warehouse. Freshness & Quality Guarantee -- We guarantee the freshness and quality of all of our products. If you are ever unhappy with your purchase, please let us know and we will do everything we can to make it right. We do not offer refunds, but will be happy to send a replacement. Damage During Shipping -- All packages are sent via USPS Priority mail and include tracking and $100 insurance. If the package arrives damaged, please notify us before opening so that we can help make an insurance claim.
