CUSTOM ORDERS : I do offer custom and personalized items at this time.
PAYMENT : Payment can be made via Paypal. Payment is due at the time of checkout. Your item will not be shipped until payment has cleared. CUSTOMS/IMPORT TAXES : Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
SHIPPING COSTS: Your shipping charges paid at checkout include: The cost of shipping via USPS, insurance for losses and damages, and packaging material cost. *ALL packages are insured via USPS.* LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES : All orders are insured upon shipment. In the case an order is lost or damaged, a claim will be filed with the USPS, and the buyer will be refunded in full (item cost + shipping charges.) ITEM SENT TO WRONG ADDRESS : I ship to the address provided to me on the receipt of sale. If a wrong or incomplete address is provided at checkout, I am not responsible for packages shipped to the wrong address. In the event an item is sent to an incomplete address and is returned back to me via the USPS, I will refund the buyer in full (item cost + shipping charges.) To avoid this from happening, please double-check your address at checkout. If you see any mistakes in the address you entered, (and I have not shipped your item yet) please contact me immediately so I can correct the address I will be shipping to.
Refund & Exchange Policy
RETURNS : I gladly accept returns within 14 days. CANCELLATIONS : You have the right to cancel your order at any time. Please contact me within 24 hours to do so. CONDITIONS OF RETURNS : Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
