Hello and thank you for checking out Buffalo West Country home décor, Rustic home décor, and reclaimed wood shop. Buffalo West is a one man shop where everything is hand/custom made to customer specs unless otherwise noted in the listing. Since this is a one man shop I will do my best to have your order built and shipped within 4-6 weeks if not sooner but never later. It takes considerable time to acquire the right wood, build, package and ship a piece of custom furniture (especially when hand carving is done to certain pieces). You will not be disappointed with any purchase that you make but if so I will do my best to resolve the issue in a way that works for both parties. "FREE SHIPPING" on every item
Full payment will be due at time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon with a custom order. The price agreed upon and or the full purchase price in the listing is the total price paid minus shipping. If order is canceled within 48 hours a full refund minus ETSY consignment fees will be given. After 48 hours order can be canceled at any time with refund minus cost of purchased products and time into project. If this is the case I will always be more than fair in my assessment of the refund (life happens and sometimes headaches are unavoidable). "FREE SHIPPING" on every item
I will always try to ship with either UPS, USPS, or FEDEX. When item shipped exceeds weight and or measurement limitations an agreed upon method will be used. "FREE SHIPPING" on every item
Refund & Exchange Policy
As far as refunds on cancellations see Payment Policies. If item is damaged in shipment, immediately take pictures of packaging and material as well as damage to the item and send to me via message or email within 48 hours of receipt of the item. If not done within 48 hours carrier insurance can be tricky or non-existent and neither the carrier or I will be held liable. If done within 48 hours I will do my best to work the issue out In a way that both parties will be happy with.
