Introduction

Our payment, shipping and return policies are fairly common place. Payment is required at the time of order. Shipping is via USPS - First Class for 1 or 2 bars and 3 bars and up are shipped USPS Priority Flat Rate. We do not accept returns unless the bars are unopened. Refunds and replacements only available if your product arrives damaged.

Payment Policy

You'll be paying through Aftcra's system and PayPal. Your payment will cover both the product price, shipping and if you are in the state of Arkansas, taxes.

Shipping Policy

Shipping rates depend on the number of bars of soap ordered. 1-2 bars generally ship USPS First Class, 3 bars and up ship USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate. In the state of Arkansas sales tax must also be applied to shipping. Outside of Arkansas no tax on shipping rates.

Refund & Exchange Policy

Due to the fact that these are personal care products we do not accept returns of opened soaps. We will accept returns of unopened product or if your product arrives damaged just take a picture, email it to us at sales@buckridgesoap.com and we'll replace it free.
