Payment Policy
Payment in full before shipping is required on most item. For custom requests I require a 50% of cost deposit to begin work and the remainder after completion before shipping.
Shipping Policy
Please allow 1 business day for items to be shipped unless placing a custom order. I generally use the US postal service unless otherwise requested.
Refund & Exchange Policy
Returns Accepted: Contact me within 14 days of delivery. Ship items back within 30 days of delivery. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for customized orders. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
