Payment Policy

Payment is required up front on premade and commission items.

Shipping Policy

Shipping is kept low, but there is a shipping fee. The shop is not responsible for lost or stolen products.

Refund & Exchange Policy

Aren't happy with what you have received? Send it back to us! We at Britscrochetshop aim for one thing, that you love the item as much as I love making them. So you have 14 days after you receive your product for a replacement or a refund!

Other Policies

How Long Will It Take To Recieve Your Order? If this is something that I am making as it is ordered, which is most everything I make, I ask for 7 to 14 days for me to make your item perfect for you. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
