Every item is handmade and some items, such as made to order, may have a longer processing time. We want to personally thank you for visiting our shop. Payment Policy

We currently only accept PayPal. PayPal is a great way to purchase products online! They offer buyer protection and much more. If you don't already have a PayPal account , you can stop by their website and sign up for an account.

Shipping Policy

Your items will be shipped only when payment clears. We ship free within the United States and use USPS with tracking number included. Your item will ship within one to three days from the purchase date. For made to order items, please allow three to five days for processing (for creation purposes) along with one to three days for shipping. We strive to get your items to you as fast as we can!

Refund & Exchange Policy

Our refund policy covers items that arrive broken or faulty. To receive a refund for such an item, please contact me. All items are covered by a seven day refund window starting from the date you receive the item. Refunds will not be given due to misuse by the buyer. Buyer pays return shipping. Refunds will not be given until original purchased items are received back by us. We currently do not offer exchanges at this time.

Other Policies

Please read the description(s) for item(s) you are interested in. Some items may be ready to ship and your item will be in the mail within one to three business days. Other items are made to order and require a three to five day processing window for the actual creation of the product. Some of our items may have a longer processing time due to the creation period and it will be listed in the description. Also, the measurements and other important information about the item will be listed in the description.
