Products in my store are made from either 50+ year old reclaimed wood, or virgin wood chosen for its unique character, and are individually made by hand. The pictures you see are actual items available for purchase. They are also representative samples for a group of products. For example, my store may have multiple charcuterie or cheese board patterns available in a variety of wood species. Unless the actual pictured item is specified in your order, you will receive a similar board made from the same pattern and of the same species as the sample. Again, all of my trays/boards are made from authentic reclaimed wood, or wholly unique virgin specimens, and are individually made by hand. Therefore each item is literally one of a kind with different wood characteristics and individual reclaimed blemishes including but not limited to grain, color, dimensional uniformity, checks, splits, cracks, holes, knots, warp, twist, bow, cuts, scrapes, scratches etc. No two pieces are the same so please consider this before you order. If you place a custom order you are hiring me to build a custom piece, unless otherwise stated. All of my food service boards and trays are only finished with approved food safe products, oils and waxes. Since each board is individually finished, a different shading (light to dark) can occur between boards. Food service trays and boards made from reclaimed wood are not recommended for cutting board use. Payment in full is required prior to shipment.
I will ship anywhere in the US for the actual cost of shipping via USPS, FedEx or UPS. I try to ship within 2 days of your order unless the item is custom or has to be created. If the item can be shipped with minimal preparation, e.g. bubble wrap and cardboard box there will be no handling charges. However, if your item needs to be crated for shipment there will be an additional charge. You will know the full cost of your item, including shipping and handling, before you pay.
Refund & Exchange Policy
Your total satisfaction is my goal. If you are dissatisfied with any non-custom item you may return it within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price. * * Does not include shipping and handling costs.
Bravo Company Shops is a full service shop specializing in antique restoration and unique builds inspired by the characteristics of each piece of reclaimed wood. I am not a factory with an assembly line, I am one person who enjoys making things with my hands. My shop is very informal, my processes are simple.
