Thank you for visiting! I'm thrilled you want to know more about me. My shop consists of a variety of handmade products. From reversible hats to Doodle Totes for kids and adults alike. All products are designed, created, sewed, photographed and come alive in my shop by me! I love this process of the complete beginning process to driving to the PO to deliver your awesome purchase! Your products are created with high-quality standards of measure and uniqueness. My husband and I are raising our five children in a small town in SE Minnesota. Shipping Policy

MADE TO ORDER and RESERVED LISTINGS: I ship First Class USPS. Your lovely item will ship in 3-5 business days after the order has been received. It will be sealed in a quality clear bag with tags and placed in a white box or large white mailer envelope. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been shipped. USA orders will receive a tracking number for you to view the progress of your order; International orders will also receive a tracking number but will not track after it leaves the USA. RUSH ORDERS: In the event that you need a rush on your order, please let me know PRIOR to ordering. I may NOT be able to put a rush on your order, but will certainly strive to fulfill your wishes! I have a $4.00 rush fee. I will then ship PRIORITY MAIL. I will do my best to try to get an order done for you. USA READY TO SHIP items: Your item will ship 1-2 business days after receiving your cleared order. USA MADE TO ORDER items: Your item will ship within 3-5 business days after order has been cleared. Please note that during Holidays it will take longer. Please see Shop Announcements on my home page during the Holidays. Please allow more time if ordering multiple items. ALL INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: I will ship First Class to International locations and you will receive your package in 10-12 business days, it may take longer during the Holidays so please see Shop Announcements during the Holiday Season. For my local customers just call me and we will make contact.

Refund & Exchange Policy

I really do strive for perfection in all my creations, but if for some reason you are not completely satisfied please return to me with a full description of your reasons for return and I will refund you. If you do wish to return your item please do so within a 15 day time period from the date of receiving it. It must be returned in the original bag/box with tags attached, just seal the end of the box that was opened with durable clear tape. You will receive a full refund after I have the item back to me. If the item is NOT able to be shipped back to me and you are sorely dissatisfied with my product in any way, a full refund will be issued to you. At the time of your unsatisfactory results I would surely like to try to make things right with you. We live in a world where stuff happens so if you receive your package and the box or bag is damaged I would prefer not to take responsibility for the damaged box or bag BUT, if the product itself is damaged please let me know ASAP and we can surely discuss the measurements in which to take to ensure you have an undamaged product.
