Cleaning Instructions: Hand Wash, Dry Flat. Keep in mind these are handmade, knit with love, cared for with love. Most items should not be placed in the dryer, they will loose their fluff.

Shipping Policy

Ready made Item(s) will ship within 1-2 business days of payment (usually same day). Shipping within the U.S.: Hats are shipped USPS Priority Mail (Due to the US Postal service prices changes, our listing now reflect our 2013 rate), arrive in 2-3 days depending on your location and the time of year, a Delivery Confirmation number will be emailed to you (for US shipments only). International Shipping: by shipped Priority Mail and should arrive with in 5-10 business days. (Please keep in mind that some shipping issues are beyond our control however we will do our very best to make sure your hat arrives as soon as possible after purchase.) All hats are available in other sizes upon request if contacted prior to purchase. All sizes are averages, please double check your babies head before ordering. (If I have learned anything in this process it is that babies come in all shapes and sizes and no two are a like).

Refund & Exchange Policy

If you have a problem receiving your order, please email us (boondocksbabies@gmail.com) so we can resolve the problem. We haven't lost one yet (knock on wood), but things happen and we are human. Please give us a chance to resolve the issue first. Thank you for your consideration.
