Delivery within within 7-10 working days after your payment has cleared. Customised order takes between 8-30 working days from the day of dispatch to arrive depending on the mode of shipment you prefer. International customs or postal services can however sometimes delay delivery of a parcel for longer. We send our orders by Airmail/ground mail If you want tracking, express post, send it registered, or add insurance,please let me know and we will send you a quote. It is extremely rare that a parcel gets lost. However, we cannot accept responsibility for parcels that get damaged or lost in the post, We would like to hear from you though if your parcel did not arrive, and will do everything we can do to help you with tracking it down.

It is however important to remember that our range is made with unique color variations and irregular weaves that is characteristic of natural and used fibers. It can have small spots, blemishes or pin holes.Those irregularities cannot be deemed as faulty goods. Our fabric are mostly printed by hand with hand block prints and can be irregular, which is one of the characteristics of our collection. tie dyeing requires the fabric to be boiled and sometimes creates abrasion and causes peeling effects or irregular spots.Those irregularities cannot be deemed as faulty goods. Special orders or discounted products can not be returned or exchanged. Except in major faulty case. In this cases we will remake/resend that order provided you are willing to handle the re shipping cost. Faulty Items - 100% money back guarantee We will reimburse you for any product delivered to you that is faulty or is in damaged condition. If you wish to return a faulty or damaged product, you must notify us within 24 hour of receipt. If we are unable at the time of return, to replace or exchange returned goods, we will reimburse you for the amount initially debited for your purchase, including packaging and postage charges. However, items have to be returned to us within 7 days within USA and 21 days from overseas after receipt, from the date you receive. Refund/ exchange will happen once we have received the goods. Exchanging items - 100% Exchange guarantee - less postage If a customer purchases an item that is not the right size or colour, we encourage them to contact us via email to arrange an exchange. Unfortunately, this will attract another postage charge for you and no refund is given for postage. However we are happy to exchange the item for you, as your satisfaction is important to us. Contact must be made within 24 hours of receipt of your order. Exchanges will be given if the item is unused, with all the packaging and labels intact.
