Blueville Quilting's Policies
Thank you for taking the time to stop by and visit my shop! All of my items are from a smoke-free home. We do have hypoallergenic (non-shedding and hairless) pets in the home that are not allowed in any quilting areas. Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions or comments.
PayPal is accepted for payment. Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are accepted through PayPal. You do not need a Paypal account to pay thru Paypal.
Shipment via USPS is made within 3 days (does not include when USPS is closed) when item is already made. Custom items are subject to stated time-frame before shipping. Please double check your shipping address, as this is the address your purchase will be shipped to unless otherwise indicated in notes to seller at time of purchase. Delivery confirmation is included within the USA. Any shipping fees paid in excess of $3 more than actual postage will be refunded once the item has been shipped. International customers are responsible for all fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping to their respective countries.
Refund & Exchange Policy
If there is a problem with your order, please let me know right away so we can arrange a return. I gladly offer refunds on non-custom items but the buyer, at their cost, must first ship the item back to me. Refunds on custom items will depend on if it has a specific name or other personalization done that it could not be resold. I will refund your purchase price, minus shipping, on the safe return of any item that does not satisfy you within 30 days of receipt. Please note that all quilts are laundered after quilting in order to check for any defects in materials or workmanship. Quilts that have been laundered after reaching their delivery destination will not be accepted for return. If you have any questions, please ask before purchasing. Thank you!
