Payment We accept PayPal. You can also pay with your credit card at PayPal even if you DON'T have a PayPal account. Please contact us with any delays or problems. Orders shipped to an address in MN will be charged 7.625% Sales Tax. ETSY will automatically calculate and charge the tax.
On most domestic (US) orders (except heavy or bulky ones), we use USPS and we ship by Priority/First Class Mail, so your purchase should arrive within 2-5 days of shipping. On Heavier/Bulkier Items we will ship either by Parcel Post or UPS, whichever is safer. We will always ship by the most economical means unless you upgrade to a specific method (Additional Fee). Insurance is not generally included in these options, although limited insurance is included on SOME US Domestic Priority Mail shipments. Please contact us to see if there will be any no cost insurance included on your particular order. To purchase additional insurance or upgrade your shipping to overnight please notify us in “Notes to Seller” and we will bill you separately. Items shipped without insurance or to an incorrect address is the responsibility of the buyer. If your Etsy address does not match your Pay pal address, Items will be shipped to your Etsy address. We can ship your item to a different address and include a gift card at no additional cost. Let us know in the “Message to Seller” during checkout, or through the Etsy Convo system by pressing "Contact seller" under any of the listings, previous to payment. Tell us the name of the gift recipient and if you wish a short message on the gift card. No refunds or credits will be given for items lost due to incorrect mailing address, or for mistakes on the greeting. All photos shown in our shop are stock photographs, so the item you receive may vary slightly from the photo due to variations in the handmade process. ----PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE ORDERING!! All the pieces listed in the "IN STOCK" section of our store to the left of this page are ready to ship immediately. The other sections in our store include several items that are ready to ship also. If a listing doesn't mention that the item is "in stock" or if it says that it will be "made to order" may take me 2-4 weeks to make and ship. Please MAKE SURE YOU READ THE LISTING before placing your order, and let me know of any deadlines you may have. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS We ship First Class, not International Priority on international orders. (Convo us if you wish to upgrade for an additional fee) International Rates and delivery times are estimates and may vary. We reserve the right to adjust the shipping if actual cost is found to be substantially more then estimate. Many Countries impose duties and/or fees on packages and buyer is responsible for any and all of these on international shipments. BlueRoomPottery cannot tell you if your country will impose any fees, please consult your local postal authorities. Tracking is generally not available on international shipments, so we can only guarantee shipment, not receipt of your package. ----Sorry but we DO NOT ship to certain international destinations including Asia, contact us if you have any questions.
Refund & Exchange Policy
WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase please contact us within 7 days of the receipt of your purchase and you can receive a store credit upon the return of undamaged goods minus shipping fees. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the BUYER. Items must be returned and received in original packaging in original condition and shipped with Delivery Confirmation. I love my work and make sure that it is very well packed to increase the odds of it arriving undamaged! However, we cannot be responsible for damage to your shipment while in transit unless you elect to purchase insurance at an additional cost. Contact us for details.
