My products are made in a licensed kitchen. They are made to order so as soon as your order is placed it is made fresh. If you would like a flavor not listed let me know I more than likely can make it for you and will make a listing for you to purchase it from. I do accept bulk orders, just let me know what you want.
I accept paypal payments. As soon as your selections are paid for I will start your order and have it shipped out very soon after.
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. I use the USPS Priority Mail for shipping. Please expect 2-5 business days for your order to reach you, though during heavy holiday deliveries may take longer. ****** Please Note Heat Advisory****** During hot summer days over 80 degrees please have someone available to bring your package inside, and store in a cool place, refrigeration is suggested. It is also helpful to watch the tracking and know when your package will arrive, retrieving it at the post office is advised and will help it from being in a hot postal car and possible heat damage occurring while in there. Once your item has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number
Refund & Exchange Policy
I don't accept returns, exchanges, due to being food products. All sales are Final. Cancellations are accepted if made within an hour or so of ordering, I get to the orders usually within a half hour of receiving payment. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
My bakery kitchen is approved and permitted by the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture My license is renewed every year in March.
