Welcome to my aftcra shop! I have been designing and making jewelry for over 15 years. All of my designs are original individual works of art. If you have any question about my work, just contact me. Aftcra currently only allows me to offer PayPal as a payment option. However, I completely understand if you prefer to use a different method - simply contact me and I will assist you with this.
General Policy All orders will be shipped via the United States Post Office (USPS). Shipping costs are based on the rates published by the USPS. I do not include processing fees or other extraneous costs of any kind. Orders exceeding $250 will be shipped 'signature required.' While delivery time does not include the time needed to process your order, orders generally will be processed within 24 hours of receiving your order. If you have any questions about my shipping policies, just send me an email; I will be happy to assist you. My standard shipping methods are described below. PLEASE NOTE: If you require expedited shipping, you can either place your order through my website at www.bluelotustreasures.com or request expedited shipping prior to placing your aftcra order. All aftcra requests for expedited shipping MUST be made prior to placing your order. Processing Times Order processing includes packing your order, completing all required paperwork (in the case of an international shipment), and delivering it to the post office. You may expect your order to ship no later than the following day. I will notify you immediately in the unlikely event of a delay. This policy does not apply to special requests or custom orders. Domestic Shipping My standard shipping method for all domestic orders is USPS Priority Mail. Expected delivery time is 2 to 3 business days (excluding processing time). If you prefer a faster delivery time, Priority Express 1-Day Mail is also available. Please contact me PRIOR to placing your order so that I can change my listing to allow you to select your preferred shipping method. International Shipping Please visit my website, http://bluelotustreasures.com/gifts/shipping-policy, for a list of countries I currently ship to and additional information. My standard shipping method is via USPS International First Class Mail. Delivery time varies depending on destination. If you prefer a faster delivery method you may request to have your package shipped either Priority Mail Express - delivery time is generally 3-5 business days; or Priority Mail - delivery time is generally 6-10 business days. Please contact me PRIOR to placing your order so that I can provide you with the revised cost of shipping, answer any questions you may have, and change my listing to allow you to select your preferred shipping method. Import taxes, Customs Duties, and Fees The buyer is responsible for all additional costs associated with international shipping including, but not limited to, import taxes, customs duties and fees. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want contact your local customs office for more information. Please note, when customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond the delivery estimates provided above.
Refund & Exchange Policy
I hope you enjoy your Blue Lotus Treasures purchase. However, should you find the need to return an item, regardless of the reason, please first contact me to inform me of the problem before taking any of the actions below to ensure I receive your return and you do not incur unnecessary costs. General Returns Your complete satisfaction is my greatest concern. Any item purchased from my online store can be returned for a refund for any reason provided it is postmarked within 14 days of the original delivery date, a copy of the original invoice, order confirmation, and/or packing list is included with the return, and the merchandise is received by me in brand new condition with no sign of damage or wear. A refund will be issued for the merchandise amount when it is determined all conditions have been met. Unfortunately I am unable to refund shipping costs. The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund: * Custom orders * Special requests * Clearance items My Mistake I take great care in processing your order, but should I make a mistake I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Simply return the product to me in unopened / unused condition within 14 days of the original delivery date by following the step-by-step instructions below. Once I have the incorrect item, I will replace it with the correct merchandise and refund your return postage costs. Please note, all return shipping costs must be prepaid; I cannot accept packages arriving with postage due. Shipping Instructions for Returns Once you have contacted me and I have authorized your return, carefully repack the item(s) you are returning to prevent damage during shipping; keep in mind I cannot be responsible for items damaged during the return process. You may wish to consider requesting delivery confirmation and insurance when shipping your package. Include in your package a copy of your original invoice, order confirmation, or packing slip, and a brief explanation of why you are returning the item. Retain the original for your records. Please note, all return shipping costs must be prepaid; I cannot accept packages arriving COD or with postage due. Processing Time I will issue your refund within 2 to 4 days of processing your return. However, credit card companies take a little longer and it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. If you have any concerns, do not hesitate to contact me.
Special Requests / Custom Designs If you have special requests, require a different size, or are interested in having a Argentium custom design made, simply contact me and I will do my best to accommodate your needs.
