So glad you found me! I crochet in every spare second between the time my kids are asleep to the time I pass out with the hook still in my hand. I dream about the cool stuff I want to make, wake up and start making things before my kids are awake then write patterns out on napkins on my lunch break from my "real job". I love to make custom orders but I've usually got something cute and new in the shop that's ready to go!
I accept PayPal, credit/debit cards via Etsy, checks and money orders. All items are shipped after payment clears. Because payments are processed quickly, I need to be made aware of cancellations ASAP! After an item is shipped, no cancellations can be made.
All patterns are available as PDF files via email within 24 hrs of purchase. All physical items are shipped via USPS First Class Mail which can be expected in 3-5 days after shipping. All items ship with a tracking number and you will be notified of the shipment as soon as I've printed the label. All items ship with a tracking number so we can both rest easy that your package is on its way and delivered safely. For this reason, I cannot be held responsible for any package once its accepted by the Post Office. Refunds can only be given on items that are returnable in resellable condition. I can purchase Insurance and/or Signature Delivery on your behalf for an additional. If insurance is not purchased and your package arrives damaged or missing, you will need to discuss this with your mail carrier. I will not be able to reimburse you for the loss. Refund & Exchange Policy
• Due to the nature of Patterns, these cannot be returned. If you feel a pattern has an error or mistake (hey, I am only human...) just let me know and I will try to clarify or correct it. • If you need a return or exchange, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds or exchanges can only be made if the original order is returned in resellable condition. • I cannot be held responsible if you order a wrong size. If you're unsure about what size you need, please measure before ordering, or go up a size larger than you think you need so the item can be grown into. • I do my best to get you the colors of your choice, but colors can vary from one computer to another, so I cannot guarantee the color will be exact, only "pretty darned close". •I want you to be happy so you will leave me happy feedback! I will fix anything within reason!
