Refund & Exchange Policy
Broken or damaged items will be replaced upon receiving picture proof of the damaged or broken merchandise. Returned items will be refunded in full if they are received within 30 days of purchase and in original condition. Return shipping fees paid by customers.
Custom orders will be processed upon receipt of full payment. Consultation and sample drawings fees paid seperatly
