All items will be shipped between 1 and 5 business days once full payment has been received.
How Long Will It Take For My Order To Ship? Necklaces, keychains and bracelets are shipped out within 1-3 business days unless you also purchase a made to order to piece. The date will then go by the item with the longest processing time. Rings that are in the Ready to Ship section ship out in about 3 business days. Custom/made to order rings are currently taking 5 business days to create. All listings will have processing time information within the listing description. Please contact is if you would like to confirm ship times. How Is My Order Shipped? All items are shipped via USPS First Class for domestic addresses, however you can choose an upgraded shipping method at checkout. All rates are automatically calculated by USPS so that you are never overcharged for shipping. First Class Mail generally deliver within 3 - 5 days. Priority Mail generally delivers within 1 - 3 days. Do You Ship International? We do ship International using USPS First Class International package. Pricing is automatically calculated by the United Sates Postal Service. We include insurance for all International packages free of charge. Please allow between 4-6 weeks for delivery. Please note: all international packages are subject to Custom fees, tariffs and/or taxes. These charges are not designated by Blackbird & Sage but by your country of delivery, therefore any Customs Fees are solely the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with the destination country customs department prior to ordering. We do not offer refunds on any Customs Fees or Taxes under any circumstance. I Gave You The Wrong Address! Can I Change It? All orders are shipped to the address provided through your account/Paypal/Google Pay etc. Please verify your address carefully during checkout. For those instances where a purchase has been made but the address is incorrect, please message us at email@example.com or through the contact form ASAP. We will cancel and refund the order so that you may reorder with the correct address. We need to cancel for both our protection and yours in the event of fraud or misuse. We want to make sure you are the person ordering and that we are sending our orders to the correct address.
Refund & Exchange Policy
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We do not accept returns or offer refunds without prior communication with the seller. Email firstname.lastname@example.org beforehand if you wish to return your item. Any packages returned without any emails from the buyer will not be eligible for a refund. As skin discoloration is a risk in wearing copper and it is a completely natural process, no refunds will be given for such occurrences. It is often due to a myriad of factors, including sweat, diet, body pH levels, the environment you live in and how you wear the piece. It is a natural reaction that some people experience but many do not. To help you further understand copper, please read the shop section on Copper Care located in the header menu. The easiest remedy for skin discoloration is to apply clear nail polish on the inside of the band/pendant, this will create a barrier between the copper and your skin to stop your oil and sweat reacting with the copper and forming the green salts. Exchanges (if applicable) We replace items if they are defective or damaged. We also offer a one time size exchange if you find your ring does not fit perfectly. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com. Shipping You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
