Shipping Policy

Processing time The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items. Customs and import taxes Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Refund & Exchange Policy

Returns & exchanges I gladly accept returns and exchanges Contact me within: 14 days of delivery Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery I don't accept cancellations But please contact me if you have any problems with your order. The following items can't be returned or exchanged Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for: Custom or personalized orders

You can message me a picture of the people you want created and the clothes in which you want the doll to be wearing. Sizing details Men 2.4 inches x .8 inches and Women are 2.2 inches x 1 inches Bigger Children are 2.08x.78inches Younger Children are 1.69x.63inches Babies are 1.37x.55 Gift wrapping and packaging Each is wrapped in a sheet of thin foam and then in a colorful bag. The bags are then packaged in a 4"x4"x2" shipping box filled with packaging paper.
