Thank you for looking at our shop! Please inform us when you order if you or anyone that will be consuming our products has any food allergies. ***While we take every precaution to reduce cross contamination we will never guarantee our products to be free of allergens.**** All products are produced in a facility that process peanuts, tree nuts, soy, wheat, eggs and dairy on shared equipment. Also please note, if subject to extreme temperature changes (melting or freezing then coming back to room temperature) fine chocolate will discolor or "bloom" getting small white spots in it. If this happens chocolate is still fine to eat, it hasn't gone bad, it just doesn't look as pretty.
Payment is required in full before product will be shipped. We accept all methods of payment. Please contact us for options if you do not see something available for your situation.
We ship all of our products USPS priority within the USA or first class global for the rest of the world. We pack all items securely. We advise using ice packs if the climate you are shipping to or through is over 70 degrees. ICE PACKS ARE NOT INCLUDED UNLESS PURCHASED SEPARATELY. Please let me know if you need an ice pack and I will invoice you for it through PayPal they are $1.50 each. They are reusable. We do not recommend shipping to an address where the box will sit unattended. Our products should not be left in the sun. Please be sure someone is available to receive your package upon arrival, or that it is left in a cool spot out of the sun. Due to the nature of chocolate, it could melt if left outside too long. We are is not responsible for orders that arrive melted or damaged during shipment. We are not responsible for how a product is handled once it leaves our care.
Refund & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our product we do not take returns. In the unlikely event that you have an issue with a product you have received please contact us directly, preferably before leaving any feedback, and we will make every effort to resolve the problem. Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us, therefore we make it a high priority to ensure everyone is happy with their purchase
