Bathing Spirits's Policies
Orders are shipped 1 business day after we receive your payment. Bathing Spirits values our customer's privacy and the security of their data. We do not share, trade, or sell our customer's information. We only use the customer information provided to us to fulfill orders and provide customer service.
Orders on in-stock items ship 1 business day from the order date via USPS first class mail. Custom orders ship 3 - 5 business days from the order date via USPS first class or Priority Mail based on the weight of the items. Estimated delivery is within 3 - 7 business days from the order date based on the distance of the delivery address from our facility.
Refund & Exchange Policy
Returns are accepted on unopened in-stock items within two business days of receiving the package. All custom orders and on sale items are final sale. You must email us at email@example.com with a picture of your item and your order number to request an RA number for your return. You will be given a return by date. We must receive an email from you with the order number, RA number, and tracking number by the return date. If we do not receive an email with the information requested by the return date your return will not be accepted. If you are not able to return the package by the return date you must email firstname.lastname@example.org with your return date extension request for approval. All packages sent without our RA number or an expired RA number written on them will not be accepted for delivery and returned to sender. Return shipping is paid by the customer. We advise you to insure your return shipment. We cannot refund items that arrive damaged to our facility or that get lost in transit.
