Payment is due within 48 hours or the item will be re-listed.

Shipping Policy

Once payment is processed any item that will be made to order will be placed in queue to be made. Items that are ready to ship will be shipped within three business days. We try to accurately represent times for completion and shipping of our work, if there is to be a delay we will contact you and give you an updated timeline. Items will be shipped to the address on your Etsy account unless otherwise noted (i.e. gift address) in the "Message to Seller" section of checkout. All items are shipped through FEDEX, UPS, or USPS. Items will ship according to time frame in their listing. For domestic orders, please allow 7-10 days after shipping for the item to arrive. International orders, please allow 30 days for the item to arrive. Once shipped the buyer will be provided with a tracking number. Most items will arrive five to ten days from date of shipping (US orders only). Custom Orders will ship in approximately 1-2 weeks, we will contact you with an approximate schedule. Multiple item orders when possible will be packaged together to reduce shipping costs. In this case a refund may be issued for any excess costs paid for shipping. International customers: To help reduce shipping charges we may substitute smaller jewelry boxes to reduce the weight of the item(s) being shipped (i.e. bracelet box instead of a necklace box). We may also put multiple items in one jewelry box, when multiples are ordered, though we try to avoid this. Insurance: All packages are shipped with insurance that covers the full value of the item and is included in the shipping costs. If an item is received in damaged condition please contact us immediately. If we do not receive contact within 24 hours of delivery the item will be assumed to have arrived without damage. Canadian and International shipping: Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, or duties that must be paid at the time of delivery are solely the responsibility of the buyer. Be sure to research any fees that you may encounter prior to purchasing an item. International orders may be cancelled if the item purchased is prohibited in your country. Local Orders: If you are local we may be able to arrange a pickup to avoid any shipping charges. Please contact us and we can see if we are able to arrange a local pickup, if so, we will refund up to the full amount of shipping charges.

Refund & Exchange Policy

Refunds and Exchanges: We hope that you are satisfied with your purchase; however, if you are unsatisfied we will be happy to refund or exchange the product [for an item(s) of equal value]. You will have seven days (three for art) after receiving the item to contact us for a return or exchange. Items sent back for return must be insured for their value. All returned items must be in clean sellable, unused condition. Buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs. Custom orders are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges. We cannot accept earrings for returns, for health and safety reasons. All items are shipped with insurance, if it arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us immediately for further instructions to rectify the matter. Save all packaging and shipping material in case it is needed to transport or return the item. Feel free to contact us with any questions.

Other Policies

Additional Policies and FAQs: We attempt to accurately portray the colors of our products, but due to different monitors (and settings) colors may display differently. Please note, that natural resources, stones, gemstones, resin, thread, etc. all vary from piece to piece. If you are ordering jewelry or any of our other handmade items we will use the same materials; however, expect differences from what is pictured. If you have any concerns regarding the look of your completed handmade product please contact us, or be pleasantly surprised at your unique piece. Strung and knotted jewelry do stretch over time, this is natural. Typically the items will stretch 1 - 2 inches; however, when excessively pulled on or tugged they can stretch more. If too much tension is applied they can even break. Some of the gemstones used have a Mohs hardness rating of 2 - 2.5. The Mohs scale is used to rate hardness of gemstones, diamond being the hardest (a 10). Gemstones with low Mohs rating may crack, chip, or break (i.e. Baltic amber) when too much pressure is applied, this is natural. All necklaces and bracelets measured length is from clasp to clasp. Please be sure to measure with this in mind. Custom Work: We will be happy to consider any custom work you may have. Please contact us so that we may discuss what your vision is. Any custom work may be subject to a non-refundable fee. Custom orders, unless otherwise stated are not included in any promotional pricing, coupons, discounts, etc. (Thank you email codes may be used with custom orders).
