Payment Policy

We accept Paypal - and it's SOOOOOO easy. You don't even have to create a Paypal account. Just have a credit card ready when you select the PAYPAL icon and enter the information just as you would for any other online purchase. Payments must clear within 7 business days. If the payment does not clear, I am afraid I will have to cancel the order.

Shipping Policy

Currently, I am unable to ship items out immediately. Items ordered will be shipped within 2-3 business days. Please take this into consideration when placing the order. I ship via USPS. Once the shipper has the package in their possession, I am unable to take responsibility for any delays or problems that occur.

Refund & Exchange Policy

Unfortunately, circumstances at this time do not permit me to make refunds unless you cancel the order before it is shipped out, but I can exchange or offer credit. Shipping will not be credited, and the buyer must handle all return shipping costs.

Other Policies

All of the items I craft are meant to look and feel like real armor--that is to say that they are wearable works of art. However, please remember that these items are NOT real armor, and may not protect you from damage or injury during LARP, SCA, re-enactments or other such activities. You use them at your own risk. The beautiful colors and finishes of each of my items is achieved with the use of environmentally-friendly products. Please be aware that immersion or prolonged periods of exposure to weather may cause some color transfer. Please exercise care when using this product in contact with light-colored absorbent surfaces. We want you to love your products. If you have any questions at all, please direct them to victoria@autumncovenantleather.com before making a purchase to ensure you receive the very best experience. If you decide to cancel the order, please contact me immediately. If I have not sent out the order, you will be refunded the entire amount.
