Payment Policy

Payment is accepted through PayPal. If you don't have an account you can still pay using a debit or credit card! If your payment will be delayed for any reason, please get in touch.

Shipping Policy

Items will be shipped within 1-2 weeks of receipt of payment. a If for some reason this cannot be done, I will contact you and let you know. Since everything is handmade by me, I care a lot of items getting to someone who will appreciate them. Items are either one-of-a-kind or made-to-order which will be clear from their description. Made-to-order items depending on their size and intricacy may take longer than 1-2 week range as I am only one person who also has a life and job outside of this, but if this is the case I will communicate this to the customer. I will send you confirmation that your item has been shipped and then the tracking number if available. If your package does not turn up within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will do our best to rectify the situation! However, please be aware that we don’t consider a parcel ‘lost’ in the post until it has been a full 30 days from the date of shipping (domestic) or 60 days (international), and we will not replace an item sooner than this. We do not accept responsibility for any customs issues, costs, or refusals. If you are concerned about your country’s customs laws or costs, please investigate before purchase. If a package comes back to us from customs in the original condition, we will of course refund the cost of the item. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Shipping costs do vary depending on the item and your location.

Refund & Exchange Policy

Since items are handmade with care and I am not super amazing at logistics, I will not offer returns or exchanges. If your item has been damaged in the shipping and/or delivery process, I would be happy to repair any fixable damage and send it back to you! Additionally, if the wear and tear process causes any detachment of straps or stuffed animal limbs, you can ship the item to me for repair. For repair, send me an email with pictures of damage that you would like fixed and I'll let you know how/if I can help! Other Policies

Cancellations are allowed before payment and order has been confirmed. After I have begun to process the purchase and prepare to ship it, I will not allow it.
